In-Home Health Care Aide — Dementia Care

Care At Home Services is looking for a Health Care Aide to support clients with activities of daily living under the supervision of an LPN Case Manager. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care while following established policies.

Required:

graduation from a Resident Care Aide/Nursing program with Dementia Care, Care Aide Registry in good standing, MOJ criminal check, Health and safety certifications including First Aid/CPR A and Food Safe level 1.
