The Opportunity

As a Graduate Health Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants, clinicians, public sector leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to help health and care organisations solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful change.

From your first day, you'll be involved in real projects that help improve healthcare services and patient outcomes. You'll gain valuable experience across a wide range of assignments while developing an understanding of the health and care sector, public policy, organisational transformation, and programme delivery.

What You'll Do

As part of our Healthcare Consulting team, you'll contribute to a variety of health and healthcare-focused projects and programmes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting healthcare organisations to design and deliver improvements that enhance outcomes for patients, service users, and communities.
• Carrying out research and analysis to help inform strategic decisions and evidence-based recommendations.
• Gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement activities, helping to bring together diverse perspectives and build consensus around shared goals.
• Assisting with workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions with clients and project teams.
• Contributing to reports, business cases, strategies, and implementation plans that support positive change.
• Working with colleagues to develop innovative solutions that improve organisational performance and service delivery.
• Supporting the development of proposals and contributing to winning new opportunities that expand our impact within the health sector.
