As our Healthcare Cleaning Services Expert, you'll become the trusted authority on healthcare cleaning and associated services across Medirest.

You'll work closely with operational teams, clients, clinical stakeholders and senior leaders, helping shape the future of healthcare cleaning while ensuring we continue to deliver safe, compliant and exceptional environments for patients, visitors and staff.

One day you might be supporting a major mobilisation.

The next, you'll be reviewing new cleaning technologies, advising a client on healthcare standards, conducting audits or developing best practice that impacts thousands of people across the country.

No two days are ever the same.

• Support the development and delivery of our national Healthcare Cleaning Strategy.
• Act as the subject matter expert for NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness, IPC requirements and industry best practice.
• Support bids, mobilisations and operational transformation projects.
• Translate healthcare policy and guidance into practical operational solutions.
• Build strong relationships with Infection Prevention & Control teams and healthcare stakeholders.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality, productivity and service consistency.
• Conduct site audits, reviews and benchmarking exercises across healthcare contracts.
• Support workforce planning and labour optimisation initiatives.
• Drive measurable improvements in performance and compliance.
• Use data and insight to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
