Job Title: 360 Education Recruitment Consultant – All Levels

Location: Birmingham

Are you an experienced 360 recruiter ready for your next challenge in education recruitment? We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious 360 Education Recruitment Consultant.

This role offers the chance to work across either primary, secondary, or SEN
, with both warm business ready to go and opportunities to develop new client relationships.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from sourcing and headhunting to placing candidates and account management.
• Working across all levels of education roles, from support staff through to senior leadership.
• Leveraging existing relationships while proactively generating new business and expanding your client base.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with schools, academies, and education professionals.

• Proven 360 recruitment experience – you must have worked full desk.
• Open to sector experience;
  high-volume temporary recruitment background is preferred
  .
• Strong commercial drive with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team culture.

• Competitive base salary (£33k–£45k DOE) plus a generous commission structure and high OTE
