Senior Recruitment Consultant

We're now looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our team. Whether you have direct experience in any of our markets or are looking to change market, we offer consultants to have true ownership and flexibility over their work life.

Commission structure:
20% commission on everything you bill. No thresholds. No caveats.

Our average consultant bills between £80,000 and £120,000 in year one. That equates to £16,000 to £24,000 in commission on top of salary. Top performers go well beyond that.

What you will be doing:

• Building and developing your own client base within the tech, digital and marketing space
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Consulting with founders, hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Headhunting and engaging high-quality candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Owning your desk like it is your own business
