HR BP - 12m FTC with potential to extend
Client Details
Our client is a medium sized organisation based in the West Midlands.
Description
Act as a strategic partner to the business and SLT, using data to make informed decisions
Lead on a major piece of transformation work
Advise on TUPE projects
Provide accurate advice on ER related issues
Support wider HR teams to drive forward the people plan
Profile
The successful candidate will need to have;
Proven track record operating as HR BP, driving projects and supporting organisational change
Proven track record leading projects such as TUPE, restructures etc
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels
Credible HR leader
CIPD qualified (L5 or L7)
Job Offer
Competitive salary c. £60-70k
