Senior Payroll Advisor – Temp to Perm

Working for an amazing, modern company based in Warwickshire that is at the forefront of building a fantastic company culture, we are looking for a bright, process driven individual to join the finance team in a leadership position as a Senior Payroll Advisor.

You will be encouraged to make this role your own and should have experience processing payroll services on a large scale, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will identify and improve existing payroll processes to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full payroll cycle and be familiar with relevant CRM systems.

This is a temporary role with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for candidates who add value to the company culture.
