At Dalkia our HR team primarily supports the operations and functional teams with all people related activity in the engineering business. The team has evolved over a short period of time, expanded and is transitioning to best support the needs of the organisation. Project activities are governed by the HR plan, which allows us to prioritise both business critical and value- add assignments.

Day-to-day duties are changeable, dependant on the needs of the business, therefore the team needs to be continually flexible, adaptable and resilient. The business is structured into 4 core areas: the North, the South, Specialist Services and Nuclear new build ( which has its own stand-alone HR team) This role is a remote role, travel is to be expected between offices/sites within England when you are needed on site by stakeholders.
