LocationCentral Birmingham (hybrid – three days per week in the city centre office, two days WFH).

Their talented team is made up of some of the best Consultants and Leaders in legal recruitment, who have all been attracted to the organisation due to its excellent reputation, supportive and fun working environment and the training and progression opportunities that are readily available. Due to a significant period of success and growth, a number of opportunities for Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants have become available on both permanent and contract desks.
Key Responsibilities- Placing recruited and selected candidates with companies through successful matching.
- Undertaking dedicated research and marketing activities in search of new opportunities and candidates.
- Providing clear and reliable advice in order to build trust with clients and candidates.
- Effective communication with clients – from initial contact to the building of successful long‑term partnerships.
- Providing a follow‑up service for placed candidates and client companies, seeking their feedback on the service provided and acting on the information.
My client is open to considering Recruitment Consultants of all levels. Regardless of previous expertise, you will thrive in a fast‑paced working environment and be dedicated to providing immediate solutions to the needs of clients and an outstanding level of service. They also consider Graduates with office experience and people from other sales professions who are looking to get into the recruitment industry.
Full training and mentoring will, of course, be provided.
In return, my client offers a competitive salary of £26,000 – £37,000 (dependent on experience), plus an excellent 'low threshold' commission scheme and additional discretionary company bonuses. The Agency offers a hybrid working policy, with three days per week in their Birmingham city centre office and two days WFH.
