We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in legal recruitment and a strong understanding of the legal industry. This is a full-time, 6 month contract position with the potential for permanent employment.

• Source and recruit top legal professionals for our clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our agency
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on hiring strategies
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both clients and candidates

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting
• Strong understanding of the legal industry and various legal roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top legal professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
