Our assessment centre is designed to give you a real feel for recruitment. During the session, you will:

• Meet experienced Recruitment Consultants and Managers
• Learn about the 360 recruitment role and our specialist education sector
• Take part in group activities and
  scenario tasks
• Get insights into career paths, progression and earning potential
• Understand the skills needed to succeed — and how we support your development

This session is suitable for Graduate Recruitment Consultant
, Trainee Recruitment Consultant and experienced Recruitment Consultant pathways.

This event is perfect if you:

• Have strong communication and people skills
• Are ambitious, driven and resilient
• Want a fast‑paced career where effort = reward
• Are curious about recruitment and eager to learn
• Have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, care — or are a recent graduate
• Committed to working 7.30-4.30 to cover the needs of school (reduced hours in school holidays)
