HR Advisor; ER Temporary

Our client are looking for an HR and ER Support Advisor for a temporary opportunity in Birmingham city centre. This is a great opportunity to work in a global HR team.

You will work closely with our HR Business Partners and play an important role in helping us improve how they work. You will:

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support
• Respond to policy and general HR queries
• Work with the Employee Relations team on cases such as probation, capability, absence, lifestyle requests and fixed-term contract endings
• Give clear, accurate guidance to stakeholders across the business
• Manage queries from start to finish, keeping stakeholders updated
• Meet SLAs and maintain high-quality service
• Support our international offices when needed
• Work on a variety of tasks and projects
• Provide general admin support where required

• Proven generalist HR experience and confidence advising line managers in a professional service or corporate environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced HR team, ideally global or service-centre based
