PositionWe are now seeking an outstanding HR Business Partner to lead our people strategy at a pivotal moment in our development. This is a high‑profile leadership role with significant influence, driving excellence across HR operations, employee relations, organisational development, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead people strategy and strengthen HR capability across the Multi Academy.
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance and enhance staff well‑being.
- Support the continued growth of our Multi Academy by shaping people and culture.
