St John Paul II Multi Academy is a dynamic Catholic Multi Academy Company currently comprising nine primary and two secondary schools with plans for significant expansion. Our schools are in the northern area of Birmingham, serving diverse communities and ensuring all pupils receive an exceptional education grounded in our Catholic values.

We are now seeking an outstanding HR Business Partner to lead our people strategy at a pivotal moment in our development. This is a high‑profile leadership role with significant influence, driving excellence across HR operations, employee relations, organisational development, and workforce planning.

• Lead people strategy and strengthen HR capability across the Multi Academy.
• Work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance and enhance staff well‑being.
• Support the continued growth of our Multi Academy by shaping people and culture.
