Mandarin Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager for a permanent role in a significant Chinese automobile OEM based in Birmingham, UK. The role involves supervising a small HR staff and addressing all HR-related tasks to meet organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and a solid understanding of UK labor law. A degree in HR or a related field, along with a Level 5 or above CIPD qualification, is preferred.
