We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join a busy HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in delivering a professional HR service to managers and frontline employees.

Monday to Thursday, 07:00/08:00 – 16:00/17:00 & Friday, 07:00/08:00 – 13:00/14:00 (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate recruitment activity including advertising roles, arranging interviews and tracking candidates
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and any contractual amendments
  • Support onboarding processes including organising inductions and new starter documentation
  • Maintain HR systems ensuring employee data is accurate, compliant and regularly updated
  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries via the shared inbox and internal requests
  • Manage employee files, scanning and filing documentation in line with data protection requirements
  • Update internal platforms including intranet content, job descriptions and communication boards
  • Process employment references and respond to external requests in a timely manner
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Good IT skills including MS Office and Excel
  • CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities preferred
