The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be trained to manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including:

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Business development using sales and communication techniques
Understanding client requirements and job briefs
Matching candidates to suitable roles
Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively

Location:

Birmingham City Centre

Hours:

7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)

Start Date:

Interviewing now for an End of August / Start September start
