Salary: £30,000 £ 35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

This is a dynamic role combining recruitment delivery with business development, offering the opportunity to build strong client relationships while developing your own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both temporary and permanent roles within the transport sector, including HGV drivers, transport planners, and traffic office staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, client meetings, and networking
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, including right-to-work checks and driver legislation
• Proactively grow your client base within the transport and logistics market
