A Recruitment Consultant manages the full recruitment cycle on behalf of client organisations, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into suitable positions. Responsibilities include developing new client relationships through business development activities, writing compelling job advertisements, conducting candidate interviews and skills assessments, managing offer and negotiation processes, and providing market insight to clients and candidates alike. The role is both commercially and relationship focused, requiring the ability to build trust quickly and manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously.
Previous experience in a recruitment or sales environment is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
