Recruitment Consultant

Pay Range: £26,000 - £33,000 + uncapped commission.

Location:

Birmingham. Full‑time office‑based for the first three months, then hybrid (1-2 days WFH).

This role involves running a permanent accountancy & finance desk, recruiting for payroll, accounts receivable, purchase ledger, sales ledger and other finance positions. The focus is on building relationships, winning new business and gaining deep market knowledge.

• Experience in accountancy & finance recruitment (or similar).
