Graduate Recruitment Opportunity

Birmingham City Centre (Office based - 5 days a week - Mon‑Fri)

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per annum plus commission.

To begin with, this role will focus primarily on the candidate resourcing side of recruitment. Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Pre‑screening potential candidates, constructing an initial fact‑finding call to build rapport and get an understanding of their current situation and requirements
• Face‑to‑face and virtual interviews with candidates, deep‑diving into their CV and gaining further information
• Writing engaging job adverts and monitoring responses accordingly
• Managing relationships with existing candidates and clients, nurturing relationships and providing expertise where appropriate
• Supporting senior consultants, proactively sourcing candidates for positions across the business

The successful individual will have a desire to develop within the world of work, eager to learn about the industries we recruit for, and a strong work ethic. Also:

• Degree educated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone
• Happy in the office 5 days a week
• Able to build positive relationships internally and externally
