Description

Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational goals.
Collaborate with departmental managers to address employee relations and performance management issues.
Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and cultural change programmes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Act as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters, providing expert guidance and solutions.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the professional services industry.
A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.

Experience with in Professional services.
Experience in leading organisational change and managing complex HR projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
