Position:
Recruitment Business Partner (Legal Sector) – 12‑month maternity cover.
Work closely with Equity Partners, Heads of Teams, and senior stakeholders to manage and execute challenging searches for legal professionals. Deliver an excellent candidate experience and support the firm’s EVP messaging.
Key Responsibilities- End‑to‑end recruitment – manage complex legal recruitment processes from market mapping and talent pipelining to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder management – collaborate with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate experience – ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey, including interview processes and offer negotiations.
- Market mapping & headhunting – develop and execute headhunting campaigns in passive markets to maintain a steady flow of high‑quality candidates.
- Offer negotiation – work closely with hiring managers and candidates to create attractive, realistic offers while navigating counter‑offers and negotiating terms.
- Team collaboration – lead briefings, run agency days, and contribute to team development.
- Employer value proposition – drive the development of EVP messaging and social media campaigns to promote the firm’s culture and attract top legal talent.
- Social media & content – contribute to recruitment marketing strategy, create content, and engage on platforms such as Linked In. Confidence appearing in front of the camera is required.
- Campaign management – deliver headhunting campaigns in challenging markets and industries, employing resilience and creative problem‑solving.

Qualifications & Requirements- Specialist experience recruiting legal professionals with strong market mapping and headhunting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with senior partners and team heads.
- Strong negotiation background, with a proven ability to manage counter‑offers and craft attractive offers.
- Resilience in the face of challenging searches and the ability to deliver results in demanding markets.
- Collaborative team orientation.
- Experience leading recruitment initiatives such as briefings and agency days.
- Confidence on camera to represent the firm in digital media.
- Passion for candidate experience, consistently striving to make every interaction positive and seamless.
