Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced recruiter looking to join an established Talent Acquisition team? NES Fircroft is supporting the search for an HR Advisor / Generalist with a strong recruitment background to help attract and secure talent across a range of engineering and infrastructure projects.

This opportunity would suit someone with proven end-to-end recruitment experience, either from an in-house Talent Acquisition environment or a recruitment agency. You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, helping to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment process while supporting business growth across specialist markets.

In this HR Advisor / Generalist role, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs
• Sourcing and engaging candidates across a range of technical and operational roles
• Coordinating interview processes and providing recruitment guidance to stakeholders
• Supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives and recruitment best practice across the business

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience within an agency or in-house environment
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
• Experience recruiting within heavy civil engineering, construction or related industries
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience
