National Highways is seeking an Early Talent Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will play a pivotal role in designing and managing early talent programmes, focusing on the growth and retention of future talent.
You will collaborate with HR and business colleagues to ensure the success of graduate and apprenticeship programmes, while also analyzing data to improve these initiatives. This position enables working from the Snowhill office in Birmingham at least two days a week.
