Loom Talent is working with a West Midlands manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role supports a ~350-strong workforce and sits within a busy HR team driving change.
You will partner with leaders, provide practical HR guidance, oversee recruitment, payroll and ER, and lead coaching projects to boost performance and engagement. Hybrid working 2–3 days in West Birmingham.
