Position: Payroll & HR Operations Coordinator (Hybrid)

Matchtech is seeking an organised HR & Payroll Operations Coordinator to support payroll and people administration processes. You will own payroll coordination for ~100 employees with an external provider, ensuring accurate data and timely submissions, while delivering strong employee support.

The role blends payroll administration, HR support, data management and process improvement, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, efficiency and cross-functional collaboration across payroll and HR
