You’ll be the engine behind our recruitment success—sourcing and engaging candidates for roles in education, including Teaching Assistants, Teachers, and school support staff.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to build relationships is essential. You’ll work closely with a busy consultant, so being proactive, organised, and adaptable is key.

Hybrid working is available, with a mix of office and remote days, including virtual 1-2-1 sessions.

• Hitting weekly KPIs with full team support
• Writing compelling job adverts and sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and headhunting
• Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and face-to-face)
• Formatting CVs professionally
• Collaborating with our compliance team to ensure candidates are fully vetted
• Recommending top candidates to fill live vacancies

• Previous experience in recruitment, specifically resourcing
• Confident communicator—especially over the phone, and not afraid to be on the phone 50% of the day
• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Natural relationship builder and team player
• Curious, investigative, and great at asking open questions
• Resilient, accountable, and results-focused
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Stable work history with clear career progression

• OTE up to £28k (base + uncapped commission from day one)
