Evelyn Partners in London is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Adviser to join our HR team. The role works closely with the Employee Relations Manager and HR Business Partners to provide proactive, commercial guidance to the business and help deliver the organisational strategy.
The position is hybrid with occasional travel between our Bracknell and London offices, and a focus on end-to-end ER casework, investigations, and policy development to support managers and staff.
