Salary: £28,970 - £30,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a growing Health & Social Care organisation in Halesowen.

You'll play a key role in coordinating recruitment, onboarding and compliance, ensuring all recruitment processes are completed efficiently and in line with CQC and safer recruitment requirements.

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
• Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Process DBS checks, references and Right to Work documentation.
• Prepare contracts and recruitment paperwork.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and safer recruitment standards.
• Monitor mandatory training and compliance.
• Produce recruitment reports and support payroll administration.

You'll have:

• Previous Recruitment Administration or HR Administration experience.
• Experience with onboarding, DBS checks and Right to Work documentation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Health & Social Care recruitment experience is desirable.
