Liberty Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Group HR Advisor on a maternity cover contract. Based in Basingstoke with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home), the role reports to the Head of HR and offers a salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus bonus.
You will support the full employee lifecycle, provide expert HR advice, implement policies, and lead or assist HR projects across engagement, wellbeing, EDI, and change initiatives.
