HR Business Partner

This role suits someone ready to step up, who is comfortable operating at pace, influencing senior stakeholders, and taking a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders on performance, capability, organisation, and culture

Translate business priorities into effective people plans

Lead workforce planning to ensure the right capability and talent

Provide commercial HR guidance and challenge decision-making

Coach and develop leadership capability

Drive core people processes including talent, performance, and reward

Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance discussions

Use data and insight to identify trends and improve outcomes

Support leaders with complex people matters

Deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience

About You Your likely to be an experienced Senior HR Advisor/HRBP.Excellent employee relations skills (end to end)
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Engaging, pragmatic, and solutions-focused

Commercially aware with a data-driven approach

Experience of projects and strategic input

Proactive with a growth mindset

Experience in a growing or changing environment is desirableCIPD qualified or equivalent
