People Partner

People Partner Birmingham | 45,000–55,000 We're working with a Birmingham-based business who is looking for a People Partner to join their HR team. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable owning projects end-to-end, confident handling employee relations, and just as happy building relationships with senior stakeholders as they are getting into the detail.

What you'll be doing:

Acting as a trusted People Partner to managers across the business, advising on ER cases from start to finish

Leading and delivering HR projects, working independently to see things through

Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from line managers to senior leadership

Balancing day-to-day HR support with longer-term project work, staying organised across both

What we're looking for:

Solid experience in an ER-focused HR roleA track record of managing projects independently, from planning through to delivery

Confident, clear communicator who can adapt to different stakeholders

Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working without close supervision
