Experteer Overview As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help grow Birmingham City FC by sourcing and hiring across football, performance, commercial, and operational teams. You'll partner with hiring managers to shape roles and attract aligned talent while improving the candidate journey and Talent Acquisition processes. You'll work on change projects, including a new ATS implementation, and contribute to early career programmes.
This is a pivotal role in a fast-changing club focused on sustainable growth and culture-building. Pay / Benefits
