Ideally a driver with access to your own vehicle Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home after induction Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE  Uncapped Bonus

What You'll Be Doing Growing Your Client Base Winning new business through proactive sales and networking activities Building and maintaining strong client relationships Understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions Negotiating terms and providing an exceptional client experience Finding and Engaging Top Talent Sourcing and attracting high calibre accountancy professionals Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability Matching talent to opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement Why Join Reed?
