Smile Education is looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, supporting our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust
.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you'll work closely with schools, candidates and partner agencies to ensure schools have access to high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff when they need them.

Ideal for candidates with experience in recruitment, recruitment resourcing, candidate delivery, account management, staffing coordination or workforce planning
, this role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships while making a real impact on school staffing across a growing trust network.

• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools.
• Build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies.
• Source, screen and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff.
• Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability.
• Resolve staffing challenges and provide proactive recruitment solutions.
• Manage timesheets, bookings and placement administration.
• Deliver an outstanding recruitment service to schools and education professionals.

• Previous experience in recruitment, recruitment delivery, resourcing, account management or staffing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
