Smile Education is looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, supporting our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you’ll work closely with schools, candidates and partner agencies to ensure schools have access to high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff when they need them.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools.
- Build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies.
- Source, screen and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability.
- Resolve staffing challenges and provide proactive recruitment solutions.
- Manage timesheets, bookings and placement administration.
- Deliver an outstanding recruitment service to schools and education professionals.
- Previous experience in recruitment, recruitment delivery, resourcing, account management or staffing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
