Are you a highly organised administrator looking to develop your career in HR?
We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an HR Administrator to join their established HR Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience and ideally some exposure to HR administration who is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced HR environment.
The role
Working within a collaborative HR Services function, you’ll provide essential administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, ensuring employees and stakeholders receive an efficient and professional service. You’ll support the wider HR team while gaining exposure to key employee lifecycle processes and the opportunity to get involved in HR projects.
Key Responsibilities- Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee queries
- Supporting HR records, systems and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Producing routine and ad hoc HR reports
- Processing employee changes and maintaining personnel records
- Managing employment references and related administration
- Supporting onboarding and probation processes
- Handling telephone and email enquiries from internal stakeholders
- Assisting the wider HR Services team with administrative tasks and process improvements
- Supporting HR projects and wider team initiatives as required
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills
- Ideally experienced in HR administration or interested in pursuing a career in HR
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in their work
- Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
£28,000 salary
Hybrid working (3 days in the Birmingham office, 2 days from home)
