What you’ll do:

• Apply your Early Careers & Campus experience to support the client with their Early Careers hiring
• Use your skills to drive forward Early Careers hiring and candidate engagement
• Collaborate with the client and senior stakeholders
• Drive improvements in the Early Careers team through your strengths in Emerging Talent
• This is a permanent role based 4 - 5 days per week at the client site in Birmingham

• Demonstrated ability within Early Careers & Campus hiring
• Strength in stakeholder management & engagement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strength in presentation and facilitation, event management, organization, managing conflicting priorities, problem-solving, and strategic thinking around large processes
• Ability to use effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders across recruiting, operations, and business functions.
