Work Type: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Newcastle)

Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training

Rate: £150.60 + holiday pay

Our client is a leading global professional services company is looking for a talented Resourcing Specialist to join its European Sourcing team. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration and delivering exceptional talent, they are looking for someone who can bring creative sourcing strategies and a proactive approach to identifying the right candidates.

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent.
• Review CVs and conduct initial phone or video screening for candidate skills, experience and language capabilities.

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a strong ambassador for the organisation.

• Fluent in German and English
• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, customer service or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment systems.
• Proactive, organised and confident engaging with candidates.
