About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring that top talent is identified and engaged effectively. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in creating a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding.
  • Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of applications and interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and preparing recruitment materials.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and providing information about the organisation and role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and assist in developing job descriptions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
