Senior Data Analyst

Are you passionate about using data to shape workplace culture and strategy? Citizens Advice is looking for a Senior People Systems Data Analyst to join our People & Strategy directorate. This is a critical role where you will leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimise our people strategies across the organisation.

In this position, you will take charge of collecting, analysing, reporting, and interpreting employee data to uncover actionable insights. Your work will directly support key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management, ultimately boosting our overall organisational effectiveness. • Proficient in the following:
  Advanced Excel, BI software (for example Tableau) and Python scripts. Experience in the following:
  Data analytics
• Ability to extract data from people systems such as HRM’s, ATS and learning platforms.
• Experience in a People Analytics role within a HR function (or similar). This includes working with and understanding of people data, data metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment, employee engagement, sickness) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

We’re a flexible employer, so this role may suit anyone who’d prefer a flexible arrangement to help their work/life balance, many of our colleagues spend most of their time working remotely. Whilst we prefer a blended approach between a local office, if one is near you, and home we’re open to being flexible on location, occasionally a role may require you to be based in a certain location if that's the case it will be detailed in the advert or job description.
