Are you an experienced Smart Metering or IoT Technical Project Manager looking to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects within the rapidly growing Prop Tech sector?

This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of smart energy metering, data capture, and sensor-based solutions that are transforming how buildings operate and consume energy.

You’ll join a specialist organisation operating at the intersection of smart buildings, cloud technology, and sustainability, delivering projects across commercial and industrial environments throughout the UK and beyond.

This is an ideal role for a technically strong project manager who enjoys variety, responsibility, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

• Lead the survey, design, installation, and commissioning of smart metering and IoT-based energy solutions
• Configure and integrate devices and networks to enable secure, reliable cloud-based data capture
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Experience in smart metering, building technologies, IoT integration, or a related field
• Working knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LoRaWAN, and NB-IoT
• Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional international travel and overnight stays
