Responsibilities
  • Provide functional/technical expertise to support Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Develop and/or fine‑tune estimating models and methodologies
  • Architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
  • Present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
  • Act as the functional owner for Oracle Cloud HCM within an ERP system
  • Recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
  • Build working relationships with key client, incumbent and NTT DATA stakeholders, including other NTT DATA technical support and engineering teams
  • Report to the Service Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account and be part of the Applications Management practice
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, problem‑solving/debugging skills
  • Good attitude, strong business ethics, an analytical mind, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills
  • Self‑starter with high motivation to succeed
  • Team player with strong results orientation
  • Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes
  • Critical thinking and analytical background
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End‑to‑End Business Flows
  • Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Global Payroll (UK), Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Cloud Learning and ORC)
  • Participated in at least one full‑lifecycle implementation project as the owner of Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010–2016
  • First‑Line, Second‑Line and hands‑on Operational Support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.)
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Nice to Have
  • Ability to act as an adviser to the client in a functional capacity; a consultant in a technical capacity; and design new applications using information gathered up front
