** Your role
** As a PLM Pre-Sales Leader, you are responsible for shaping end-to-end solutions that meet functional and non-functional business requirements. You translate business needs into clear project phases, leveraging existing assets to optimise delivery and profitability. You design scalable architectures, define key activities and roles, and collaborate with technical teams to close solution gaps. With a strong focus on minimising customization, you propose process improvements and identify risks with mitigation strategies.

You also coach consultants, contribute to offer development, and ensure continuous value creation across engagements.##
** Your profile
** The ideal candidate should have excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with editors, customer design authorities and a wide range of stakeholders from both business and IT. They should demonstrate agility in the role of a Product Owner, ensuring that solutions remain relevant and aligned with customer requirements while maintaining a broad perspective on the overall solution. The candidate should also be confident in leading workshops, facilitating interactions across teams and centres of excellence, and promoting best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with editors, customer design authorities and diverse stakeholders  
• Proven ability to lead workshops, share high-level solution views and foster interactions across teams and centres of excellence  
• Expertise in the Product Owner role with agility, adaptability and knowledge of best practices to ensure solution relevancy and successful deployment
