. We help major programmes and clients improve how information, data, and digital platforms support delivery, strengthening governance, assurance, and reporting across the project lifecycle.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams to set up practical ways of working supported by technology (CDE), improve information quality, and turn requirements into dashboard insights.
Key Responsibilities- Support information management on projects/programmes (plans, routines, trackers, reporting).
- Help run CDE ways of working (metadata, naming, status, approvals, audit trail).
- Support information quality and assurance (checks, gate reviews, submissions/data drops).
- Improve project delivery insight using structured data (Excel/Power BI basics; automation where relevant).
- Support workshops and coordination with multidisciplinary teams (actions, requirements, issue tracking).
- Learn ISO 19650 + CDE delivery through structured training and coaching.
- Build consulting skills: problem framing, stakeholder engagement, client‑ready writing.
- Build programme delivery skills: how information supports cost, schedule, risk and decisions.
- Clear progression into Information Management, Digital Delivery, Digital PMO/Data & Assurance, or programme leadership pathways.
Degree subject: Built environment or engineering‑related (e.g., Civil/Structural, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Services) or Digital/Data‑related (e.g., Data/Computer Science, Systems/Industrial Engineering).
Demonstrable knowledge: Awareness of digital delivery in the built environment (BIM basics, common data environments, information workflows). Understanding of why data quality, governance and standards matter (ISO 19650 awareness is a plus).
Demonstrable skills: Structured thinking and attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, confidence with Microsoft tools (Excel; Power BI/SharePoint/Power Automate are a plus).
Demonstrable interests: Interest in how digital improves project delivery including automation, data, assurance, reporting, digital twins. Curiosity about how major programmes are delivered and controlled (cost/schedule/risk/quality).
Demonstrable experience: Any relevant placement / internship / project work showing digital, data, BIM, PMO, or process improvement. Evidence of teamwork and stakeholder engagement (societies, group projects, volunteering, part‑time work).
