We are growing rapidly across the EMEA region and are hiring a Project Manager to help coordinate key initiatives across technology, operations, product, and employer integrations. You’ll work closely with teams in London, Toronto, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, and play a central role in how projects move from idea to execution.

This role is perfect for someone with 2–5 years of project delivery experience who enjoys creating structure, driving clarity, and keeping cross‑functional teams moving in the same direction.

• AI & Platform rollouts:
  Managing the delivery of new machine learning features.
• API Integrations:
  Coordinating with enterprise employers to sync their internal systems.
• Process Optimization:
  Implementing automation to scale our internal operations.
• Launch Projects:
  Supporting our expansion into new UK and European markets.

• Plan & Track:
  Organize project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate:
  Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and leadership.
• Document:
  Maintain clear requirements, risk registers, and dependency maps.
• Review:
  Lead regular check‑ins and status reviews to ensure transparency.
• Unblock:
  Identify roadblocks early and facilitate solutions with the technical team.
• Report:
  Prepare concise updates and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Iterate:
  Contribute to improving our internal PM frameworks and workflows.

• Experience:
  
  2–5 years as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Delivery Lead.
• Sector:
  Experience working in tech, SaaS, digital, or startup environments.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Organization:
  Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of translating ideas into actionable plans.
• Tools:
  Expert user of tools such as Jira, Asana, , or Trello.
• Location:
  
  Based in the UK and comfortable working hybrid from our London hub.

• Experience with HR Tech, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), or AI products.
• Certifications:
  
  PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum (CSM), or APM qualifications.
• Prior experience working in distributed or international teams.
