HANA programmes, they are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Manager to lead data strategy and execution on high-profile client projects.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4

HANA implementations—ensuring data integrity, quality, and readiness for go-live. You’ll work across functional and technical teams to deliver seamless transitions from legacy systems to modern cloud-based environments, particularly in enterprise-scale settings.

• Managing the data workstream on large SAP S/4
  
  HANA programmes
• Leading the design, testing, and execution of data migration activities
• Collaborating with functional and technical consultants to define data requirements
• Coordinating data cleansing, transformation, and cutover planning
• Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for client growth
• Contributing to project strategy, delivery planning, and team development
• Managing a small team of data analysts or consultants
• Engaging with financial controls, risk assessment, and stakeholder reporting

• You’ve led or contributed to SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC data migration projects end-to-end
• You understand the full lifecycle of data migration: profiling, cleansing, loading, validation, and cutover
• You have hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and related ETL tools (e.g., SDI, SDQ)
• You’ve delivered at least two major SAP programmes and supported multiple migration dress rehearsals
• You’re familiar with ABAP (advantageous) and can work cross-functionally
• You’ve managed small teams and can liaise with both business and technical stakeholders
• You have experience in data quality, cleansing, and governance as part of SAP rollouts

• Salary up to £73,000
