Responsibilities- Resolve system user queries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Advise customers on how to get the best from the software’s functionality
- Support clients in configuring the system to meet their business needs
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and new functionality
- Collaborate with internal teams on testing and new software releases
- Occasionally visit customers to better understand their requirements

What We’re Looking For- A strong academic achiever (2:1 or above in an analytical degree preferred)
