As CRM Manager, you’ll take the reins on strategic CRM programmes across some of the world’s leading financial institutions. This is a client-facing, performance-focused role where you'll shape lifecycle strategies, lead multichannel campaigns, and use data to push boundaries and drive commercial results.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end CRM strategy, planning, and execution for top-tier clients
- Manage multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) across the customer lifecycle
- Lead client conversations and turn performance data into actionable insight
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
- Champion CRM best practice and continuous testing for ongoing optimisation
- Proven experience in CRM, campaign management, or client-side account management
- Hands-on with CRM platforms (Braze is a huge plus) – SFMC, Dotdigital also welcome
- A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and eye for performance
- Data-literate, results-driven, and comfortable presenting to clients
- Agile, organised, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to buy and sell holiday days as well as the ability to bank days (tenure dependant)
