• Oversee master and reference data governance to ensure accountability, transparency, and stewardship across the organisation.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards to drive consistency and compliance.
• Manage the change process for master and reference data, ensuring minimal disruption and business alignment.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders across business and technical teams on data-related concepts and requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on master and reference data governance practices.

• 5+ years' experience in master and reference data management or governance.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and practices.
• Proven stakeholder management and engagement abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail.

• Up to £475 per day (Inside IR35)
